Super Slow Delivery

Is there anyone at TNT????? Anyone????? Shipment no *** was picked up by TNT in China 9 days ago to come to Waverley Pretoria. According to the tracking system the shipment has moved from China to Japan and then back to China - only 117 km from where it was picked up! The only time we received any attention from TNT on this shipment was 5 days ago regarding the invoice for the import; an invoice we paid immediately. But getting this shipment delivered is another story. I have sent an email to support; no reply whatsoever. I have called the service centre many times but cannot get through. This morning (Monday morning at 9am!) I called again and the lady voice tells me that the service hours are from 7am to 6pm weekdays and Saturday morning. The voice tells me to call during 'normal operating hours' as the service is not available now. So somehow in some inexplicable way 'normal operating hours' does NOT include 9am on a Monday morning according to TNT?????????? I have clients on my case. They want their goods. But TNT makes me look like a total fool! No information given! No one to speak to! This 'express service' is atrocious and totally unacceptable. I am definitely going to sit down with my superiors and discuss using an alternative courier service. I have had problems like this before and I really cannot carry on like this!!!
