Stupid mistakes but EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE - Lunga Khoza

So I ordered a perfume from USA and it was sent through fedex. Paid my customs, thinking everything is cool. My parcel doesn’t show up for 2 weeks only to be told it’s been delivered to University of Pretoria. I’m based in the West Rand.

After calling numerous times and talking to about 2-3 people who ended up not getting back to me, I then get Lunga Khoza on the phone. After explaining my situation and sending my info, it was determined I got a waybill number from YEARS ago, hence the duplicate.

She got my parcel collected and I had it within 24 hours. I still think FedEx sucks, but they definitely have an asset in Lunga. Thanks again 🙏🏽
