Stupid employees FedEx

I have waited for my parcel for days now and when i enquire they keep on lying saying they called me and my phone is not working. stupid people dont know that when a phone goes on voice mail the person gets a notification sms. i am very ****ed and personally asked my supplier to use another company for courier, i hope the do so and leave this people. now i cant get my wedding gown delivered whereas it arrived in South Africa in time, but Fedex and its useless employees are not doing me justice even after paying a lot of money for delivery. this is really annoying.
