Stinking attitude

I bought goods from overseas On 22nd March 2016, I was expecting them on the 30th March 2016. Only 12th April 2016 did I get an invoice to pay tax and I did. After doing that I emailed the POP and called TNT to schedule a collection as I will be in Johannesburg for some time this week, then the lady answering the option 2 (Andrea) line hung up on me, I called 3 more times and still she hung up until the last call she just kept quiet. I have all these calls recorded. And to just say I am never using TNT again, staff who behave like their doing you s favour!
