Still waiting

<p>A few weeks back I pre-ordered an item from takealot. A message even read on the takealot page that I would receive the item on the 29th, the release date. However after payment was received by takealot I was sent a message saying that I would receive my order on the 30th of September, a day later. The 30th came and went and I then was told I would have to wait til Monday the 3rd of October to get my goods. The icing on the cake is that friends of mine who pre-oredered the same item from the same site, living in surrounding areas received their goods when promised by takealot. If I was quoted 4 days for the item to arrive I wouldn't be upset but this is unacceptable considering I pre-ordered the item weeks in advance.</p>
