STILL NO DELIVERY DATE

I am sooooo annoyed by FedEx services. My package was scheduled to to be delivered on 1/2/2018 by 3pm. Mind you I ordered express delivery. longer story short, my package did not come and they have NO delivery date for me. They are suppose to be conducting a "Package Trace" and I am awaiting the results. I cannot deal with FedEx not being able to better track packages and give definitive answers to questions that are asked. I have a BIG issue with paying almost $300.00 dollars for something and not getting my item as well as NOT KNOWING WHEN I will get me package. Never again. I wish I could give NO STARS
