Still no collection

<p>Booked a collection for overnight delivery. No one came. Followed up and found that they had not read address details and went to our Durban branch instead of Cape Town. 1 day later, they repeated the same mistake. Booked new urgent collection with still no one arriving. Will now miss our deadline for he documents to arrive at desired destination. Very very upset. And no one is picking up my follow up calls. Zero service.</p>
