Stay away from TNT Express.
Hands down the worst courier company I have ever attempted to use. 1 star is 1 star too many... Parcel not colleced for 4 days, despite my numerous calls to the call centre - constantly being told "collection will take place today". When a driver isn't going to make it nobody contacts you. I have used many couriers for parcels being sent to England, but never again will I use TNT. And I will strongly advise friends and family not to use them too. Appauled!
