STAY AWAY FROM FEDEX. NO ANSWERS AND NO PROGRESS FOR ALMOST 1 MONTH
My parcel has been stuck at customs from 29 June and the status has not changed since. I've tried contacting the customer service but no avail. I've laid complaints online and get replies stating that they'll have someone contact me but still nothing. At this rate i should have rather used the post office. I give up. STAY AWAY FROM FEDEX
