Stay Away from FedEx and McKayla Collins !!!!

I wish there were a zero star rating.

Let me take a minute to give you feedback from the International Priority delivery I received from McKayla Collins from FedEx.

First of all she booked my import from the USA to RSA as a repair after receiving all the documents that clearly stated that this was an import for personal use. How on earth does this even make sense? She then told me that if I pay a fee of R900 they would immediately release my import package. After phoning her back requesting the bank details she then informed me that it would now take 72h to process and then only can i make the payment and the again it is going to take 48h for the money to clear. Only after that they will release my import.

This once again makes no sense since as the International Priority Service I booked and payed for clearly states that it takes between 1 to 3 days. It has now been 10days.

Lastly this McKayla has the worst attitude!!!
