So disappointed in Fedex Express
I am so disappointed with Fedex - I've been waiting for a parcel which arrived in the country on the 13th of September. Apparently the parcel has missing items but they will not give me any more details. Instead, I'm given numbers that just ring and email addresses of people who won't even respond or acknowledge my emails. This is the worst service I've ever received!!!
