Slow service
I find it extremely annoying and disturbing that people just fail to what is required -my parcel arrived in JHB at 08:59 it is now a full day later and I have not heard anything from Fedex , surely somebody should have contacted me or emailed to advise that something was required from me .I am here waiting for my parcel to arrive today only to find my parcel is still in Joburg ….I need urgent assistance .
