slow movement on package between usa and sa

i have a package of 0.5kg that was shipped from usa with fedex on the 24th of july and was suppose to be delivered 18:00 on 29 july. Status shows it left paris 18:30 on 27 july. It has been sitting in dubai airport for the last 2 days according to fedex support. I was able to track one emirates flight yesterday and 2 flights today from dubai to johannesburg. You cannot tell me there is no space to have moved the package to SA. Can you please tell me why its not in SA and why the delay if flights is available. Emirates fly 1 skycargo flight from dubai to SA per day. Currently very terrible service. Had package from same company in usa delivered to me in cpt within 4 working days. Will never use fedex anymore.

Melanie Goolam investigated and assured me that my package will come in on the sunday fedex flight from dubai. Flight landed before 5:00 today. 8 hours since flight lsnded. Still no update on my package online. Where is my package? Why no update on tracking info? When will I get it in cpt? Terrible service!!!
