Slow, inefficient service - Not Express delivery

Fedex Express really isn't "express". They have a lacklustre attitude towards time-sensitive delivery

I have used them multiple times and every time a parcel comes in there is a 2-3 delay with them invoicing the shipment and/or msrk an invoice as paid so the parcel can be delivered

They have made no effort to automate this simple process and their staff are slow and do not respond to emails

I also use DHL often and can say without doubt that DHL is far more efficient and better managed

Fedex are so *********** that I now specifically ask my suppliers not to use them, even if I have to pay a bit higher for DHL
