Sloppy service!

As part of your service, you have a duty to keep your clients' informed as to where their parcel is at any given time. I recently had a parcel 'held up' in Johannesburg, when it had actually been delivered to my client 24 hours prior. Further, is it so difficult to get your invoicing correct? I telephoned your offices in Johannesburg, in advance, to ask if my address and VAT number could be included on your Tax Invoice. I assured that this would be done. However, when your invoice arrived on my desk, it included the name of my client and her address instead. So frustrating!! A week later, I am still awaiting a corrected invoice. Grrrrr!!
