While dealing with FedEx Express I was fortunate enough to get through to a customer care representative "Jules Hornsveld-Blair". She assisted me throughout my interaction with FedEX. Julie was extremely efficient and very professional throughout the entire process. She is truly a great ambassador for the FedEX brand and I will recommend FedEX because of her assistance.
