Shoddy service

Parcel arrived in South Africa 5th December every day there have been excuses as to why we do not have our parcel, today we take a drive to there offices as they say I should have it today, get there and they tell me that my parcel might have been on a truck that was hijacked, firstly there has been no reports on any news channels, social media etc of this, secondly how does Fedex not know which truck was hijacked and what tracking no.s were in the truck, lies from day one with Fedex, I now have an irate customer and perhaps a.negative impact on my company name, Fedex you suck.
