Shoddy service
Yet again FedEx has lived up to my low expectations of their service, I had a supplier send a parcel to me from Spain 8 days ago and even after calls and emails to FedEx the parcel has to date not been delivered.<br> Only once I started ranting and raving did I get some action, this is a courier service and one pays for efficient delivery but gets below par service from FedEx.<br> I am not at all surprised and this is not the first time I have had poor service from them, its more like the norm for me to receive poor service from FedEx.<br> Sorry but its now time to change-good by shocking service.
