Shocking service from Fedex
They are terrible have been waiting for over 6 weeks for my parcel.Have phoned their customer service over a dozen times, no one knows what is happening, keep getting told their manager will email me ... nothing. They are a waste of time and money. Strongley recomend NOT to use them. Most of the people in their customer service are rude and unhelpful

I was contacted on Friday, literaly 5min after I wrote the revies, I was contact by fedex and said they would phone me back shortly and let me know what is happening, It is now Wednesday and still waiting for some one to phone me back. Im sure you can agree with me that this is unaceptable service. I have phone customer care now and am still waiting for someone to phone me back. you really do have the worst service ever, looking at the reviews I can see that many customers are as frustrated as I am, PLEASE CAN YOU SORT THIS OUT ASAP
