Shocking Service from FEDEX
It is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of a human being that actually works in a FEDEX office. We have a genuine issue and the only method of communication is via e-mail, BUT the consultant concerned does not read the messages. The duty has been calculated incorrectly and now FEDEX are threatening to send the goods back to Denmark. How do I find a real person to talk to? Mark ***
