Shocking service
So further to my debacle of trying to get my parcel cleared....taking a month...TNT offered a refund, through AAron Zulu to cover my local charges.....well, surprise surprise......now I get no replies to my emails and NO REFUND....disgraceful service...do not use TNT Express
