Shocking Service

I am writing this review on behalf of Melinda Badenhorst as she asked me to follow up.... Tracking number ********** 08214, i am not one for writing a bad review, but it is frustrating me to no end that no one bothers to get back to a person and this seems to be the only way. The package arrived at OR Tambo customs on the 3/2/2018 i have been sending emails after emails to Cherzal Subramoney....there seems to be an amount payable for vat and custom which is not a problem at all. My frustration is that if it had been communicated to me or Melinda the payment could have been made in time to receive the package. Cherzal doesn't bother to get back to neither one of us, no documentation has been received, no invoice for payment...absolutely pathetic service. Even thou the package will just be delivered too late, just send the invoice so that we can make payment and send me the documentation that i requested, so that i can put this whole matter behind me and never have to deal with Fedex again.
