My parcel from a supplier was overdue for 2 weeks , during this peak season. When I contacted them they traced my parcel to FedEx Johannesburg , and when they said why have they not emailed or contacted me , the had the Odacity to tell her , let me tell you how this works , YOU phone your client. No wonder our country's economy are in direstraits cos of employees with this kind of attitudes.
