Shocking non-service!

I used Fedex as courier company for a shipment from America. The parcel has been delivered on the 28th November already, however it is still awaiting a clearance quote to be generated. I paid a lot of money for the 5 - 10 day TAT delivery. I have phoned about 15 times already to try and follow up, either I get cut off or the agent puts me on hold and eventually drops the call OR I get told a customs clearance representative will phone me back WHICH NEVER HAPPENS! I WANT MY SHIPMENT DELIVERED TOMORROW BY 12:00!
