SHOCKING, DISGUSTING, DREADFUL COMMUNICATION.

Trying to contact anyone at Tnt is a nightmare, when communication is very key with delivering. I send countless of emails not receiving any response, I then spoke to a man in charge of dealing with Huawei and Tnt, my device was scheduled to be delivered before 6pm on the 13th of February, he then tells me the delivery will take place the next day on the 14th, as a business person you plan your day out and such things could really cut deep. Tnt is a really shocking delivery, they should not call themselves express. Disgusting.
