Shocking

<p>I had post and a manual for a university couriered to me from the UK. I paid over R800 for the privilege. TNT delivered a package and then threatened to "Not deliver" the package if I do not pay a further R600. I contacted them to ask them what this is for as they have already delivered the package and to explain the additional costs. They told me it is import duties. I asked for an explanation as I am not importing my own post and did in fact buy anything? They promised to get back to me. I followed up 8 times with TNT asking for a supervisor to get in touch. Nothing. No person had the decency or courtesy to come back to me. My contact person said he can't help me his supervisor will. Now they have sent debt collectors. Which is annoying enough. The debt collectors have been kind enough to send me an email with malicious malware attached. And no explanantion. I will never ever use TNT again and will be taking this further. This is incompetence at it's best. STAY AWAY FROM TNT. </p>
