Shipment still delayed after 22 days - no status updates given

I am absolutely distraught with the service I am currently receiving from TNT.

My shipment *** arrived at customs 4 September. It is now 26 September (22 days) and after various documents have been sent & emails requesting for feedback on my shipment - TNT just ignores me!!! How difficult is it to just email me with the status of my box and what is going on.

Why are we paying a handling fee if we are not receiving any assistance whatsoever???

I JUST WANT FEEDBACK ON MY SHIPMENT ASAP!!!!!

What is going on and when will I receive it??? I have never had this type of difficulty with other clearing agencies
