Shipment status unknown to TNT, cannot reach correspondent

<p>We have a consignment that has been cleared by SARS and needs to be delivered by TNT. However, for some reason, TNT is not collecting the shipment from customs.</p> <p>What's more frustrating is that the correspondent, Daren Naidoo, is unreachable on his phone and cannot give us updates on the status of our shipment.</p> <p>This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable service from TNT.</p>
