Shipment has not arrived and no one is helping

My shipment number is ********** 10

I was speaking to Mpiti Khosi and that ****er went to decide that my shipment be disposed when I sent him my ID number to provide the final penalty fees for the my shipment since the seller under declared.

First things first his service was ****py and he went to say my package should be disposed honestly? When he wasn’t even communicating in the first place and I had to run after his ass always to ask what I need to do to get my package.

The other consultants also the **** yal doing there when you can’t even help when a client wants help.

I have called TNT multiple times to follow up and this ****py service

I’d never get such problems if I had used DHL they are efficient and don’t get annoyed when you follow up with your shipment

I could see how they dragged themselves to help but I ignored the attitude and focused on getting my package but this ****py service Is unacceptable. I don’t work for a shipping so me trying to understand to what is happening with my shipment meant that I was taken for a stupid
