Shipment from hong-kong to south africa(shipment: ***)

The shipment: ********** 51 was captured at TNT's HONG KONG depot on the 25 April 2017 3:55 AM and the expected time of delivery was the 03rd May 2017 before 6:00 PM.

On the 28th April 2017 1:19 PM, I was contucted for clearing instructions, which I responded. After the clearing process was done, I received a message that the above stated shipment was blobked again and clearing instructuion was also again requested from me and further additional documentation such as proof of payment and order, proof of a commercial invoive.

I provided all the required documents to TNT on the date of May 2 at 12:41 PM via an email. After providing them with all the documentation, an invoice for VAT & DUTIES was sent to me on the date May 4 at 10:25 AM via an email and a proof payment for the invoice was sent back to TNT on the date May 5 at 12:16 PM.

After the proof of payment was sent, I expected my order to be delivered on Monday 08 May 2017, to my amazement I did not receive my shipment. On the very same day of delivery expectation, I traced my parcel and found that the status of it has changed from "delivering" status back to " IN TRANSIT" status.

On the following day(Tuesday 09 May 2017) I contacted TNT and amazinly I heard that my shipment has being blocked again by CBCU.

Anyone who has an idea, please just advice me what to do
