Dear Hello Peter, FedEx Nande called me the Wednesday wrt to a parcel to be delivered to me within 48 hrs of payment. I paid the amount in invoice,and is still awaiting,despite swift payment,and there promise to deliver despite the lockdown. It is a very important parcel. Regards Salegga

01 Apr 2020, 16:21Dear Hello Peter, Melanie of FedEx called to say that the parcel have not arrived in South Africa,and was still in UK. Why on earth would you Bill someone knowing that the parcel won't arrive? My opinion is that they were calculated,and misrepresented themselves. This is bad for business. In my parcel is essential goods,and I explained it to her. She promised to call,and up till today nothing. Do not make use of FedEx,as their services are bad.
