SHAME ON YOU FEDEX
An Express shipment from overseas has been cleared by SA customs and is languishing at the Fedex PE depot for more a week.
NO communication from Fedex whatsoever and when one tries to phone their PE depot the line rings once and then you are cut off.
And dont even bother phoning their 0800 national number. Nobody answers barring their automated voice response.
A 1 star rating is too flattering
