Seshnie Naidoo's exceptional service

Good day, I am one person that believes in complaining when the service I am offered does not match my expectations of a service provider but I am also one to compliment great service and this is such a time. I had 2 shipments with Fedex Express, one was stopped by customs for inspection. I was contacted to submit necessary documentation (which I did) on Monday but by Wednesday, I hadn't heard from the agent handling this issue. I called severally and sent emails - no help. Instead, I got a lecture in one of the emails I got back - no apology! My last hope was to call again and express my disappointment and Seshnie picked up that call - my life saver. I screamed at her out of frustration but she still kept cool and assured me that she would look into the matter and make sure that it's resolved ASAP. I was in doubt at first, though I later sent her all the paperwork and details which I had already forwarded to another agent. To cut the long story short, within 24 hours of her taking up the query, I got the shipment. As I write this review, I picked already picked up my shipment and prior to that she called me all through to make sure that all was well. Today, I compliment Seshnie Naidoo's service and what a breath of fresh air to deal with such a competent and committed worker. Keep it up! We need more of your kind in the service industry. Well done and thank you once again for your help. Now I can catch my flight for my holiday :)))
