Service practically nonexistent
I have a Fedex account and have used them for international shipments before. This time, for "some reason" the parcel has not been collected from the UK. I have called Fedex more than 20 times and if the number does not just ring, the line cuts out. When I actually get to speak to someone, they promise to call me back (this has happened 4 TIMES NOW!!!) but never do. They claim that the team on the UK side has not come back to them, which denotes extremely poor business practices and deplorable customer service. My shipment is urgent, had I not begun to query it I would not even know that it hadn't been collected as nobody bothered to contact me regarding the problem. I have twice been promised that the issue has been escalated but nothing has been done. What do I do to get some help here? I am livid beyond words at this point.

06 Oct 2021, 08:35So within 3 hours of posting here, a member of the management team called me. He was very nice and wanted to try and solve the issues. I, however will never use Fedex again. Why do I have to complain here before anything gets done. DHL has been amazing, so efficient. So Fedex, thank you for contacting me back but it's too little, too late.
