Service not supp**** as stated

Paid for an express service to get goods from China to South Africa. (have used their services multiple times in the past)<br> <br> Have now been waiting for more than 2 weeks for the goods that should have been delivered in under 5 days.<br> <br> Goods have been in South Africa for 1 and a half weeks of that time, and customs was paid for more than 5 days ago.<br> <br> Feet are being dragged on a expensive service that was supposed to be provided and was paid for.<br> <br> Not impressed and will not be using this company again and recommending that other people in my industry as well as suppliers stay away from them.<br> <br>
