SERVICE DELIVERY - DOCUMENTATION
When Fedex moved to online invoicing, there were a few hiccups in obtaining the necessary shipping documentation required for our Forex payments to be approved. People that we originally re**** on were no longer available. I have recently discovered that the team at *** respond the same day to provide me with all the documentation required. Thank you Team for your excellent service.
