<p>Wow you guys are ********. But ive learnt my lesson im never using your services again. Like how can i be charged more than half of what i purchased after paying you for so much money for shipping. Never again and what ****ed me the most is that the last i used your services ordering the same thing i was charged 40% of what i was charged this time.</p>
Dear Noluthando, thank you for the below, please note that customs duties and taxes are based on the commodity and the value of the shipment. This commodity attracts a 20% duty.
Over and above this customs charge VAT (Value+10%x14%)
We do have a direct link to customs allowing FedEx to process clearances electronically, this however does come at a cost. We charge a standard clearance fee for each formal entry.
A disbur*****t fee is also charges as we pay monies upfront to customs on behalf of the recipient.
