****, poor customer sercivce
this is a follow up on my initial review about fedex. I'm having bad customer experience with fedex, a month later after intial review, i still do not have my shipment. i complained on their facebook page and it turns out i'm not the only one whose parcel has not been delivered. poor customer service... would not recommend Fedex to my worst enemy.
