Sarcastic and Rude

Our company deals with TNT daily and servicing customers too for many years I have learnt to treat my clients as royalty and with respect. I mailed TNT debtors dept requesting documents so we can close off our month end and after not hearing from anyone and making several calls, I received a call from Roxanne Govender who told me they have 5000 other customers and I'm not the only customer and I could phone her colleagues Avril every hour if I wanted to and nothing will change,.I will not be getting the documents. She was rude and unprofessional. Such appalling service from someone who was also not well informed was really disappointing. After being questioned by one of her managers, she advised I was requesting documents for shipments that were not cleared yet. only to find that she was looking at mails sent over a week ago. I deal with different courier companies daily and never received such bad service. Roxanne needs to learn to be professional and treat people with respect. She gives TNT a bad name
