Rudeness and incompitance

Fedex agent called Seroche kortje is one of the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my entire life. I dont think i will ever use fedex ever in my life. Seroche called me on Friday the 5th of June to tell me that my pack from china was going to arrive and I will receive an invoice for the duty fees and I was listening to her as she was speaking. When she was done I thought I could now also ask my questions as I wanted to understand a few things the lady frist SIGH I was really shocked how does one sigh at me yet I didn't understand. What she was say didn't I have a right to ask I asked her and she told me u can ask what ever u want to ask there was no sir or madam sing of respect. I asked her why did u sigh she then refused that she never did and she couldn't even appologise and she could not even give me some answers to my questions and I said it's fine I will wait for the invoice. She has no listening s****s at all. Little did it end there this lady is so arrogant I think arrogant is an understatement. I then received the invoice on the 7th of June 2020. I called FedEx on the 8th and I didn't realise was speak to her again I had a request. When I got the invoice I had read that u can call FedEx to get a link to pay your duty fees. So I called to request that link. Seroche kortje told me there was no such she has never ever had of a link that u get form fedex. I thought to my self that my be i had misread the Email I said ok thank you. I went back to the email and I read again. I saw I was right I then called this lady asked for her email address I sent her the email from FedEx to her because no u thought I had got an email from a *******. When she gets the email while I was holding on the tell phone she the ask me sir what is wrong with this email. I then lost it with her because I asked her did u read the email she say no. Then I said to her is that an email from FedEx she said yes and I asked but u told me tthere was no link for payment how is it possible that the email says there is a link and now u also say there is a link. She then kept quiet dropped the call on me and I called several times and she wouldn't answer my calls. This to me was rudeness and incompitance to another level. Seroche kortje is one rude person I have ever spoken to in my life. I had to drive to fedex.
