Rude delivery person and parcel undelivered

I was expecting a parcel (***) from Mr Price on 08 April 2015. The delivery person called me and told me she was at my house before 8am but did not have network to call me on the cellphone when she was there. She was very rude to me on the phone, unprofessional and also shouting. She then said she will deliver my parcel at 5pm later that evening, which I waited and she did not arrive. When I called her she said she was still in Eldorado park and I will have to wait for her, she was very rude again and I had to put the phone down. Whilst I was on the phone with her, I received an e-mail from Mr Price that my parcel has been delivered to me, when she was actually 20 km away from my house. She did not pitch and I did not receive my parcel, however Mr Price's system reflect the parcel as delivered. <br>
