Rude customer service agent at FedEx

A lady by the name of Camila from FedEx in South Africa so rude, she does not even want to listen to what the client has to say. I need copies of invoices for 5 of my shipments and she gives me email addresses that i already have and nothing has come though from my inquires on those emails, when i try to explain my situation she tells me that i'm delaying the process by phoning in i should just wait.

how can i wait when i need the invoices to do my costing so i can also service my cleints? When i tell her there is no need to be rude she says thank you and hung up to go attend to the children that were crying in the background.
