Rude customer service
Had the worst experience with a customer service rep named Sipho who was rude, unhelpful and talking over me when I asked questions. Such a pity that this is the impression that's left after the lady who processed my initial query was so friendly. People who can't remain professional should really not be put in positions where they have to assist customers.
