Rude and unprofessional

I was pulled from my work by the sounds of aggressive knocking and shouting at my painters from a FedEx delivery man. He was delivering to another house in the complex I live and since he was inside and did not receive access through the main gate from my house and owner of the goods he decided to bang on the door and hoot in the complex and threatened to not give me the packages and told me I should sign for the packages quickly because I was wasting his time! YET he did not receive access into the complex or my house from me, he only received access to another house. He was rude, aggressive and did not follow the rules of the complex. Appalling behaviour and it is disgusting to know that a stranger can just let himself into your property without proper access and cause such commotion and a scene. What's next from FedEx delivery men? I can never trust such hot headed behaviour.
