Rozelle McKenzie was fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about her attitude, service and professionalism. FedEx are extremely lucky to have her represent them. In my view, she should gain promotion to a far higher position. The rest of the staff I dealt with at FedEx, I found to be slow, unresponsive and unreliable.
