Receiving a package from UK and it clears with no duty and customs to be paid to SARS but @FedEx @FedExHelp @FedExOffice decides that they will charge R3800 for shipping a gift of a used cellphone, what for ? None of their call center agent could explain nor break this down . Worst service ‼️‼️ daily ******* at its best worst worst service
