This is now my second Hello peter complaint and yet fedex continues to ignore me after *****ing over R1000 of my money that they refuse to pay back. They have even acknowledged that they owe me this money. The people who assisted me are 'Lunga Khoza' <***>; 'Julian Pillay' <***>; 'Esmeralda Vorster' <***> 'Kgotatso Mosoma' <***>; 'Valdemiro Macome' <***>. All the above have ghosted me and refuse to respond. They have swept my matter under the carpet with the hope that it will go away. My reference number is ***. If I do not get my money within a week I will go to instagram and facebook until I do.
