Ridiculously useless

I require someone to help me with Fedex Namibia. I've had a parcel stuck with them for over a month. No one can tell me what's wrong. I have explained multiple times that it's a gift that needs to come in and a month later I'm still stuck without my parcel. My second parcel is with them currently and no one there can help me. The GM is not even responding to emails or telephone calls. For the last 3 months this site has gone down. It was always the preferred courier in Namibia and currently you can't even ask for service because there's none. I paid over 500 US dollars for these parcels to come in and still I don't have parcels it's ridiculous. This is seriously the worst I have ever experienced with any courier company.
