Ridiculous Admin fee.
Import duties and VAT = R109.85, admin fee = R437.00. What a *******. Days after I have already received my package you send me an email with this ridiculous demand. Your admin fee alone is nearly more than the items in my order cost and I was not notified of any charges before delivery.
