Ridiculous Admin Fee

I ordered an electronic multimeter from china and paid for TNT express shipping. When the parcel arrived, it took 2 days for the parcel to be cleared from customs by TNT and to send me the quotation for the applicable duty fees. The duty fees charged was R252.14, and to my shock TNT charges an additional R433.20 Admin Fee.<br> In my history of using couriers for foreign parcels admin fees have always been between R100 and R150, which they claim is for the paperwork to get the parcel cleared through customs. But charging R433.20 for and Admin fee is ridiculous and outrageous!<br> I will be sure to select a different courier next time I shop online, and I suggest you, the customer do so as well to avoid this nasty surprise.
